Having joined my previous companies during their first years of operation allowed me to closely observe as they established their brand aesthetic, operational processes, and core values, which provided me with profound knowledge of how to create a cohesive line of products that not only align with the needs of the company, but most importantly with the needs of their specific markets and customer.
I joined my current company after they had already established themselves as a successful leader in the women’s RTW market. Joining an already prosperous company with years of experience under their belt has pushed me to challenge the accepted standard when it comes to operational processes, information sharing and project collaboration in order to deliver a more streamlined and timely final collection.
